Harmony Road's estate sales staff take pride in their customer service. We are a family owned company, and pledge to treat our clients with the upmost integrity and consideration. As such, we require that our customers and buyers treat our staff and all associated with patience and professional courtesies. Please plan to be patient and kind, or please do not participate in our sales.

 

None of the electronics have been recently tested, used, and sold as is. Please refer to the photographs for condition and best understanding of item being offered. All reasonable effort has been made to document visible issues with the item, and when the estate has conveyed nonworking condition, would to the best of our abilities, be described. In general, electronics are believed to be in working order, BUT HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED BY THE SELLER. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS.

 

All items are USED, and as such, show expected wear and patina for their age. Refer to photos for condition and visual description.

Every sale we conduct is under a strict timeline, and as such, very little flexibility is available regarding previewing the items available for sale, nor flexibility in schedule pick up times and dates. In general, the property is only available to the estate sale company for a limited and finite number of hours. As such, we are limited in our availability to accommodate request for alternative arrangements for pick up of purchased items. Depending on wether the advertised sale has scheduled pickup times or open advertised pickup times, Buyers are to pick up their items within the allotted signup time or the advertised pick up schedule. For open pickup sales: If you have bought multiple or large items, please plan to arrive at least one hour prior to close of pickup. 

 

• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.

 

• Pickup of items is available ONLY on advertised days during advertised times. Please understand that we have limited time for access to the property. Failure to pick up purchased items during advertised pickup times will result in forfeiture of the purchased item(s), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO CREDIT, OR EXCHANGES.

• Furniture and large items require extra help for loading. Winning bitters are responsible for making sure they have appropriate transportation and specifically appropriate help to load their large and heavy items. Please do not expect help loading your items from the seller. We will not be able to help you load your heavy items, and buyer risks forfeiture of their purchased items if not loaded within the pick up time frame.

 

• Failure to load or secure pick up for your items, or confirm in writing shipping arrangements, during advertised pick up date and time will result in the absolute forfeiture of your items. No exceptions. Items not picked up within the pick up date and time window will be disposed of at the discretion of the estate.  NO CREDIT, OR EXCHANGES.

 

• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup. If you buy big items, please bring help to load. We cannot help load your heavy items, especially furniture and delicate items. 
 

• Shipping is not available with all Auctions. Please check the details of the auction to confirm shipping is available, and reach out via email PRIOR to bidding to confirm your item(s) of interest are available for shipping.

 

Very rarely, but occasionally, upon pick up we discovered that a lot is missing, difficult to locate, or perhaps stolen. In the event that you travel to pick up your item(s), and we cannot locate them during pick up, if we suspect it has been given to the wrong client we will work diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If your item is lost or stolen and we cannot give it to you at pick up, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible. We work hard to have organized sales and pick-ups, but occasionally this happens. Also, if you have been given the wrong lot at pick up, please reach out to us immediately to help us resolve it. We try to treat everyone as we would like to be treated, and odds are, the lot that you were supposed to get (with photographs and descriptions available) is probably still on site, which makes it relatively straightforward to deduce who may have the wrong lot. We still believe people are good in this world. We appreciate your understanding and patience in helping work to resolve any missing lots.

Descriptions are to the best of our understanding, and NOT TO BE USED AS THE ABSOLUTE ITEM IDENTIFICATION NOR AS OFFICIAL VERIFIED DESCRIPTION. All items are sold as-is, where-is. While Harmony Road Estate Sales will do its best to list model names and numbers, observed damage, repairs, or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition, nor a specific model or era.
